Apologies if this has been posted already. I don't think it has. Most of the blogosphere seems to have missed a very important statement that appeared in Byron York's spin-laden NRO piece on his interview with Rove's attorney, Robert Luskin. Most of the article repeats standard talking points (with an added angle -- attacking Cooper for "burning" Rove), but in the penultimate paragraph York quotes Luskin as acknowledging that Rove is now a subject of the investigation, while trying to spin this fact as inconsequential.
